I'm enjoying a very rich Italian meal with strong flavours which is complimented very well being washed down with Fronsac, Haut-Charles 2000, I can tell you its even better a year on, Good Result all around!
Signed an Irishman living in Jersey, naturally affected by French influence and fine wines!
